This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Zantray (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual or business (“Vendor,” “you,” or “your”) registering to sell products or services on the Zantray marketplace.
By registering as a Vendor on Zantray, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Zantray operates as a digital marketplace that connects customers with independent vendors. Zantray is not the seller of vendor products and does not manufacture, store, or ship vendor inventory.
Vendors operate as independent businesses, not employees, partners, or agents of Zantray.
Vendors agree to:
Provide accurate business and contact information
List products or services honestly and accurately
Set correct pricing, product details, weight, and dimensions
Fulfill orders promptly after purchase
Ship products using valid tracking information
Communicate professionally with customers when needed
Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, legality, and safety of their products or services.
Vendors are responsible for packing, shipping, and fulfilling all orders
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on vendor-provided product details
Failure to ship, delayed shipping, or inaccurate product information may result in order cancellation or payout delays
All customer payments are processed through Zantray’s secure payment system
Vendors do not collect payments directly from customers
Vendor payouts are issued only after:
The product has been successfully delivered (confirmed by carrier tracking), and
A 7-day return window has passed with no return, refund request, or dispute.
Orders that are returned, refunded, disputed, canceled, or flagged for review are not eligible for payout.
Zantray reserves the right to delay or withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or unresolved customer issues.
Vendors must comply with Zantray’s return and refund policies
Vendors may be required to cooperate in resolving customer disputes
Repeated disputes or unresolved issues may result in account suspension or removal
Zantray may charge platform fees, subscription fees, or commissions, which will be communicated to vendors separately.
Fees are subject to change with notice.
Vendors may not:
Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items
Provide false or misleading product information
Manipulate prices, reviews, or platform features
Attempt to bypass Zantray’s payment system
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.
Zantray reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate vendor accounts at its discretion
Remove listings that violate platform policies
Withhold payouts related to fraudulent or non-compliant activity
Termination does not release vendors from obligations related to completed orders.
Zantray is not liable for:
Vendor losses, missed profits, or business interruptions
Customer misuse of vendor products
Shipping delays caused by carriers
Disputes arising from vendor fulfillment or product quality
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zantray from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from:
Vendor products or services
Breach of this Agreement
Violation of laws or regulations
Zantray may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Zantray is registered.
By registering as a vendor on Zantray, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Vendor Agreement.
